En cualquier comit\u00e9 de direcci\u00f3n actual, el problema no es la falta de datos, sino la par\u00e1lisis que provoca su abundancia. Hemos construido organizaciones capaces de medirlo todo, pero incapaces de decidir nada. Como directivos, hemos ca\u00eddo en la trampa de creer que el dato es la estrategia, cuando el dato es solo el s\u00edntoma.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>La trampa de la \u00abomnisciencia est\u00e9ril\u00bb<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:15px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">La fatiga del insight ocurre cuando el volumen de informaci\u00f3n disponible supera la capacidad cognitiva del equipo directivo para transformarla en acci\u00f3n. Hemos creado una cultura donde se premia el dashboard m\u00e1s complejo, no la decisi\u00f3n m\u00e1s audaz. Esta obsesi\u00f3n por la m\u00e9trica de corto plazo (el micro-insight) est\u00e1 matando la visi\u00f3n perif\u00e9rica del CMO.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:15px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Si pasamos el 80% del tiempo analizando por qu\u00e9 el CTR de una campa\u00f1a baj\u00f3 un 0.2%, no nos queda ancho de banda mental para entender que el modelo de negocio est\u00e1 siendo amenazado por un competidor lateral que ni siquiera est\u00e1 en nuestra categor\u00eda. El dato nos da una falsa sensaci\u00f3n de control mientras el suelo se mueve bajo nuestros pies.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>El conflicto de silos: el dato como arma arrojadiza<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:15px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">El problema organizacional es profundo. Marketing usa los datos para justificar el gasto; PR los usa para demostrar impacto intangible; BI los usa para mostrar integridad t\u00e9cnica. A menudo, estos departamentos presentan \u00abinsights\u00bb que se anulan entre s\u00ed.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Marketing:<\/strong> \u00abLa campa\u00f1a es un \u00e9xito, tenemos un r\u00e9cord de clics\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PR:<\/strong> \u00abLa marca se est\u00e1 degradando, el sentimiento en comunidades de expertos es negativo\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BI:<\/strong> \u00abLos datos no son concluyentes debido a un cambio en las cookies de terceros\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:15px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Ante este ruido, el CEO termina ignorando los datos y volviendo a la intuici\u00f3n, lo que convierte la inversi\u00f3n en tecnolog\u00eda en un costo hundido.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>El framework de la se\u00f1al: insight accionable vs. decorativo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:15px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Para salir de este bucle, la direcci\u00f3n debe imponer una \u00abdieta de insights\u00bb.
